Sponsorship and Exhibition Opportunities

The World Congress on Genetics Applied to Livestock Production (WCGALP) is the premier international conference for livestock genetics and is held every four years. Since its inception in 1974 in Spain, meetings have been held in the USA, Scotland, Canada, Australia, France, Brazil, Germany and Canada. In February 2018, the 11th Congress will be held in Auckland, New Zealand.

The ICAR Annual Conference, including Interbull, brings together leading scientists and practitioners in animal recording and genetic evaluation from 60 countries. It is a showcase for a wide range of identification, recording and testing technologies. In February 2018, the ICAR meetings will be held in Auckland, New Zealand, immediately prior to the WCGALP meeting.

The Local Organising Committees welcome the opportunity to discuss with you a sponsorship arrangement for the combined meetings. Please find enclosed examples of possible sponsorship packages. However, if these don't quite suit your needs, please get back to any of our organising committee members to discuss what would be most attractive to you.

We look forward to engaging with you to showcase your technologies amongst the best animal breeders in the world in a beautiful country where proud Kiwis will provide a massive welcome to an international audience.

Please click here to download a copy of the Sponsorship and Exhibition Prospectus which will give you further information on the Sponsorship Opportunities.

If these opportunities and benefits fall outside your requirements but you still wish to support the Conference, please contact us.
