Kieran Bird

Kieran is Marketing Manager for William Buck Christmas Gouwland, New Zealand's most healthcare-focussed chartered accounting firm. Kieran helps WBCG and their clients to grow their businesses. He consults on the back of his broad sales, marketing and PR experience which includes 18 years working with multiple industries in the US, Canada and the UK. 

While in the US Kieran consulted and authored "PersonaPR: The End of the Cold Call Era" of which Brian Tracy (www.briantracy.com) says "This fast-moving enjoyable book will show any entrepreneur or salesperson how to get more customers, make more sales, and be more successful than ever before". In the UK Kieran was M.D. of Richard Denny's Learning & Development consultancy.  

Kieran is an accredited facilitator of The Art of Deliberate Success® and Tetramap®. 

He offers coaching, workshops and speeches on Customer Service, Marketing, Negotiating, Personal Branding, Presentation Skills and Self-Confidence.

This session looks at best customer service practice from around the world, and offers thoughts on written and verbal communication, establishing rapport, dealing with upset patients, and how to influence others through body language and personal branding.
